Morning Cuppa
MORNING CUPPA - anything that tastes good and is nourishing has got to be a winner. It's got not refined sugars and is a great morning fix. I've used almond milk as a base but you can use any milk you like. I add the milk to a paste of #cacaopowder which is raw and full of #antioxidants #maca to help your adrenals (it helps me cope and prevents me from getting too drained and wired) #cardamon and #cloves which are warming and great for the morning #coconutoil to give me a boost of energy - coconut oil is a MCT oil and gets converted straight into energy which is great for a morning pick up and some #maplesyrup if you want some added sweetness.
Ingredients:
1 tsp cacao powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of clove powder
1/4 tsp maca powder
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Mix the ingredients into a paste and then add warmed milk and enjoy!
