Farzanah Nasser is a UK-based naturopathic nutritionist and certified functional medicine practitioner with a passion for holistic health and longevity. She specialises in gut and immune health, with a particular focus on the connection between gut health, skin health and overall wellbeing.
Guided by the philosophy that food is medicine, Farzanah is dedicated to uncovering the root causes of imbalance and creating personalised pathways that support lasting vitality, resilience and optimal health.
Alongside her busy clinical practice, Farzanah regularly contributes to publications including British Vogue and The Telegraph, and collaborates with leading wellness brands on product development and formulation. A passionate home cook, she was a semi-finalist in BBC Good Food’s Rising Stars, and her debut book, The Everyday High-FIbre Plan will be published in Spring 2026.
