I love these! They are great to keep in the fridge at all times for those moments when you need a healthy and energy rich snack to munch on ...They are full of ingredients that will maintain and sustain energy and give you a burst of added antioxidants.
You can change the ingredients in them depending on what you like ... these are currently my favourite mix!!
My Recipe:
5 medjool dates (pip removed)
1 cup ground walnuts ( or roughly chopped depending on the texture you like)
1 tbs coconut manna
1 tbs almond butter
1 tbs cocoa nibs
1 tsp macha powder
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it together with your hands until everything is mixed well.
Make the into walnut sized balls.
Roll the in the shredded coconut.
Leave them to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
